10. Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the other Prized practices. These are provided for your information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
You may link to the Site provided you do so fairly and legally, in a way that does not damage our reputation or suggest any association or endorsement that does not exist. We may withdraw this permission at any time.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you use the Site or contact us, and forms part of these terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations that may apply to the Site or its content, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or your reliance on any of its content. In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
14. Recruitment regulation
Where UK law applies to our services, we operate in line with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. Where we work with employers and candidates in other countries, we follow the laws that apply there.
15. General
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, and the rest of the terms will continue to apply. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site.
If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. We are not responsible for any failure to meet these terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
